Due to rapid expansion, we have immediate vacancies for: SOUND SALES EXECUTIVE / MANAGER (Sound Reinforcement) Requirements: · Minimum Diploma in Audio Engineering preferred · Minimum 1 year experience (for Sales Executive position) · Minimum 2 to 5 years experience (for Sales Manager position) · Proficiency in professional audio products, audio visual products, sound reinforcement installation projects, sound set ups for stage / theatres / hotels etc a must · Strong relationships with Consultants and M&E companies an advantag · Responsible for sales and management of audio products and brands · Aggressive, sales oriented, highly motivated, excellent communication & interpersonal skills essential · Accounts management of existing network and inside Sales support · Expand network of dealers and end user customer base · Experience in export sales an advantage · Bilingual · Proficient in MS office, IT savvy · Able to commence work in short notice preferred · S’poreans / PRs / M’sians need apply LIGHTING SALES EXECUTIVE / MANAGER (Architectural & Stage / Clubs) Requirements: · Minimum Diploma in Sales & Marketing (or relevant experience) · Minimum 1 to 2 years experience · Responsible for the sales of lighting equipment · Experience in the following highly preferred: · Background in M&E industry and knowledge of M&E companies an advantage · Aggressive, sales oriented, highly motivated, excellent communication & interpersonal skills essential · Accounts management of existing network and inside Sales support · Expand network of dealers and end user customer base · Experience in export sales an advantage · Bilingual · Proficient in MS office, IT savvy · Able to commence work in short notice preferred · S’poreans / PRs / M’sians need apply RENTAL SALES EXECUTIVE / MANAGER (Outdoor) Requirements: · Minimum Diploma in Sales & Marketing · Minimum 2 to 5 years experience · Responsible for rental sales of equipment to new and existing customers, solicit and expand customer base · Experience in rental sales of audio visual, conference, professional lighting & sound products to events / conferences / hotels etc · Well established working relationships in events, conference, rental and hospitality industries · Former hotel industry TAs highly preferred · Familiarity with audio visual, conferencing, language interpretation, lighting and sound products highly preferred · Aggressive, sales oriented, highly motivated, excellent communication & interpersonal skills essential · Networking, servicing existing accounts and establishing new accounts · Oversee overall sales activities for assigned customers · Bilingual · Able to commence work in short notice preferred · S’poreans / PRs / M’sians need apply AUDIO VISUAL EXECUTIVE / MANAGER (Outdoor) Requirements: · Minimum Diploma in Sales & Marketing, IT or Electronics · Must possess own vehicle · Responsible for overall sales activities of assigned products and customers · Aggressive, sales oriented, highly motivated, excellent communication & interpersonal skills essential · Experience in Audio Visual & IT products and installation projects an advantage. · Conduct product training and demonstrations · Accounts management of existing network and inside Sales support · Expand network of dealers and end user customer base · Experience in export sales an advantage · Bilingual · Proficient in MS office, IT savvy · Able to commence work in short notice preferred · Basic pay + commission · S’poreans / PRs / M’sians need apply PROJECT ENGINEER EXECUTIVE / MANAGER Responsibilities · Minimum Diploma in Engineering or Electronics · Minimum 2 to 5 years experience · Manage/control project schedule, interface and design changes. · Interface with Client & third party Sub-contractor, manage/resolve problems · Ensures that engineering activity is compliant with project milestones · Alerts project manager in case of unforeseen variation and suggests if need mitigation measures · Ensures effective interdisciplinary coordination in particular through weekly meetings · Takes the necessary technical decisions in case of unresolved conflicts between disciplines · Supervises the issue of engineering deliverables · Participates to project planning definition by providing engineering milestones and requirements · Participates to contract management by initiating, collecting and consolidating the variation requests and change orders STOREMAN / WAREHOUSE EXECUTIVE General Requirements of selected candidate: · GCE "N" / "O" / ITE or equivalent with Certificate in Warehousing / Store Management · At least 2 years relevant experience · Must be physically fit to carry heavy goods · Mature and able to work independently · Pleasant and committed to the job · Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, accept changes · Bilingual · PC literate (MS Office and email) · Able to commence work in short notice preferred · Only S’poreans and PRs may apply Job functions and requirements of selected candidate: · To perform all warehouse activities namely receiving, storing, and put away to correct locations · Ensure proper procedure and control of store/ inventory documentation. · Ensure Accuracy, Integrity and Security of the Inventory · Experience in issuing and receiving of goods · Receive shipments from forwarders · Unloading of goods from container · Supervising/checking all goods moving in/out of the warehouse · Picking and Packing of goods for delivery according to DO requirements · Check for damage and for discrepancies between goods and packing list · Practice first in first out in store · Monitor supplier’s shipment ETAs · Perform weekly physical stock check of inventories or as and when instructed by management · Relocating items in the warehouse · Ensure good housekeeping, cleanliness and orderly manner of warehouse area · Perform other job functions as and when required by management · Must be
